ASU Mindfulness

ASU offers free mindfulness sessions:

The Center for Mindfulness will be unfolding virtual means of continuing practice and support. Each week, for the foreseeable future, the Center will be providing virtual meditation practices from 12–1 p.m. (AZ time)
